Warrington Wellbeing born and bred!
It was a rainy day in November 2022. Becca Percival and Neil Lewis met for a brew after being introduced to each other by a mutual connection. It was over this brew that they discovered a shared love of coaching, development and all things wellbeing.
“What if we organised a wellbeing festival?”
And the rest, as they say, is history!
After arranging their first successful event in 2023, followed up by a bigger and better event in 2024 and again in 2025, Becca and Neil want to make the Warrington Wellbeing Festival an annual event! As Warrington-based small business owners, Becca and Neil were inspired to bring together other entrepreneurs in the wellbeing space, to champion their amazing work and services, elevate small businesses, and raise awareness of all the amazing support there is for the people of our town!
We are so excited to be back for our fourth year, hosting a day dedicated to all the amazing wellness businesses in and around the Warrington area.
“There are shards of light all over our town, and for one day a year, we want to bring them together to form a beacon”

Meet the team!
-
Co-FounderBecca is the owner of Rebecca Percival Coaching which was established in 2020. Her many roles include self-development and mindfulness coach, first aid for mental health instructor and wellbeing consultant.
Becca is so passionate about encouraging others to be more self aware, to be completely themselves and to have fun!!
She loves a 90s banger, dairy milk, the beach and laughing at innuendos.
If you see her at the festival, please go over and say hi. Be warned though- she's a hugger!

Co-FounderNeil is The Empathy Coach, founder of the UKs first and only empathic practice training and coaching business. On a mission to prove the relevance of empathy in every aspect of the human existence, Neil firmly believes that true empathy for others begins with empathy for self, and is rooted in self-awareness and self-care. This has led to a deep passion for wellbeing in all fronts.
Neil is also a Yoga, Mindfulness and Meditation teacher, and incorporates many spiritual practices in his life and work.
He too loves a 90’s banger, but is also partial to a bit of Hans Zimmer and Sophie-Ellis Bextor, loves spending time with his family and friends, travelling and pretty much all food (hence his cuddly build!).
Give him a hug, handshake or high-five if you see him around the festival!

The Engine rooms is a gorgeous venue in the heart of the business park. It boasts beautiful views of moon dazzle lake and is a lovely spot to meet for a brew, lunch and a lovely co working space.
